Yoga Background

Rosemary’s yoga journey began with her beloved teacher Tim Miller on the rigorous path of Ashtanga Yoga. She devoted herself to Mysore practice for years, developing a solid, traditional foundation. Further exploration guided her to the dance of Vinyasa Flow Yoga which she found beautiful, creative, and alive to the needs of each individual. She then began practicing with an amazing array of teachers within the yoga flow lineage including Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea,  and Tias Little, learning increased depth and subtlety within the practice. After teacher trainings with David Swenson, Erich Schiffman, a Yoga Alliance Certification, and a myriad of other trainings, she began her teaching career in 2004. She also completed the Ashtanga Primary Series Teacher Training with Tim Miller in January 2012. As her meditation practice deepened, Rosemary went on to study Yoga & Mindfulness at Spirit Rock Center in Fairfax, CA.
